His First Visit To His New School
Kyle starts school in just a few days! He will be starting 6th grade at a brand new school, in a new school district.

This time around in the new year
Since I decided to start Turbo Fire again in the new year, I have realized that I can't keep up with the regular schedule. I have to build up my endurance. Instead, I started with the Prep schedule. It seems to be more of my pace and I already know what to expect. I am not obsessed with sticking with the workout schedule. If I need an extra rest day, I'm going to take it.
