Day 10 of Virus
We took Kyle to the doctor yesterday afternoon. Kyle lost 2 pounds since being sick, he now weighs around 32 pounds. The doctor never gave the virus a name but he described how Kyle could have contracted this virus. We think it's the norovirus. However, we are unsure as to how he contracted it. He gave us a list of good (bland starchy) foods for him to eat, half of them we already had and others he may possibly eat (since he's so picky about what he wants to eat).
Kyle ended up vomiting last night around 11:30 PM and again about a half hour later. Shannon and I are feeling a little better. Every once in awhile we feel nauseous and/or dizzy. We still can't eat as much as we really want.
Kyle's teacher called just before we had to leave for the doctor appointment. She wanted to inform me that Kyle must be "throw up free for 24 hours" before he can return to school, which is understandable!
What is Crunchy? "Green;" environmentally-friendly. I love green cleaning and making my own laundry soap!
His First Visit To His New School
Kyle starts school in just a few days! He will be starting 6th grade at a brand new school, in a new school district.

As you can probably tell from the blog title, our visit did not go as planned. First, let's start from the beginning.

I just need to vent a bit… Just a little advice ~ If you want someone to purchase from a business that you represent, don’t be RUDE to them!...
