So sad, he hasn't learned!

Apparently my brother hasn't learned.  He is still as selfish as ever!  He really should get over himself.  He thinks the world revolves around him and expects everyone to drop what they are doing to cater to him.  I am BUSY dealing with my own life as well as my son (who has special needs) and he seems to be whining about getting his coat!  Hello dumb ass!  It's HOT here!  You don't need a fucking coat right this second.  You can see our weather as of today, September 14th at 3:50pm:

As far as I know, he's already burned every bridge with the family (nobody wanted to take him in) and nobody really wants to help him because all he does is TAKE, TAKE, TAKE.  Not only does he TAKE, he treats you and your family like crap and calls your apartment dirty!  Oh and he expects you to drive him to and from school, even though he never asked for rides.  He also expects to use your car and not even help with gas.  He also expects to use YOUR laptop that your husband bought you for your BIRTHDAY and use your internet and leave the computer on all night downloading crap.  Oh and he doesn't help with any of the bills!

I hope he gets over himself and realize people aren't going to drop everything or stop their life for him.

Unfortunately we have some of his stuff.  I have banned him from calling us and emailing me.  Not only that, my husband has said he doesn't want him over here.  Hahahahahaha!  so fucking funny.  His stuff really deserves to go to Goodwill rather than him.  I am not sure how he's going to get his stuff.  He needs to come here and we can leave his shit on our porch.

What a mess!

We put Kyle on the school bus this morning because we informed the EC Case Manager his "start date."  She and I have been emailing each other since a week before school started.  I emailed her a few days before school started that he would be a bus rider and she said she filled out the forms for us.  Apparently there was some miscommunication because here is what happened (keep in mind, we had no idea about the miscommunication as we thought everything was already set up)...

We have a neighbor girl (who is about 8 or 9 years old) who also attends the same school as Kyle.  She also rides the bus.  There are at least 10 other kids that have the same bus stop as Kyle.  Anyway, her mother asked if we wanted her daughter to "watch over" Kyle and make sure he gets on the right bus and gets off at the right place, etc.  We agreed!

We put Kyle on the bus this morning.  The neighbor girl takes Kyle's hand while waiting in line to get on the bus (cute) and she gets on right after him.  Kyle sits down at the first seat and she sits right next to him.  She informs us through the window that there is no seat belt!  Before the bus drove off, I wanted to let the bus driver know of his "EC status" but she closed the door so fast and then drove off!  The neighbor girl's mom reassured me that her daughter would watch him.  She said her daughter is very "motherly" and loves the responsibility.

As soon as I walked in the door [after getting Kyle on the bus], I told Shannon that there was no seat belt on the bus and the driver shut the door before I could let her know about his special needs.  Shannon immediately starting worrying about Kyle's safety (as was I).  I told him that I would email the "EC Case Manager" and let her know our concerns.  Here's the email I sent her at 7:33am, Shannon helped me with the message we wanted to convey:

Dear _____

I just put Kyle on the bus [number 750] and there were no seat belts.  Also, the bus driver seemed oblivious and I didn't have a chance to let her know of his special needs/EC status.  As soon as the last child boarded the bus, she quickly closed the bus doors and drove off.  We have a neighbor girl who also rides the same bus and she said she would "watch" over him, but as parents we can't rely on that.  While we do trust the neighbor girl, it shouldn't be up to a 8-9 year old to watch a special needs child.

  This bus situation really worries us because he does not talk and he will try to stand up or even get up in the bus and walk around without a seat belt on.

  If the school is unable to accommodate his special needs (seat belt), we will take him to school ourselves.  However, there may be days where we are unable to take him and he won't be attending school those days.

Shannon then wanted me to call the school to make sure he made it to his classroom, so I ended up calling a little after 8am and asked to be transferred to his classroom.  I talked to one of the assistant teachers and asked her if Kyle made it to the classroom and she said yes.  Shannon and I were so relieved!  We also decided (beforehand) that we would pick him up, so I told the teacher that we would be picking him up!

When we went to pick him up, I asked the teacher how this morning went.  She said that he was actually standing in the other Kindergarten line!  The other assistant teacher (for his class) saw him and gathered him up to take him to class.  I was just so relieved he made it to his class.  The teacher also told me that "Mr. Harley" was supposed to call us and he didn't.  I guess he one of the "bus coordinators" for the school.  She asked if we could drive him to school on Monday and Tuesday and hopefully by then the bus would be equipped for Kyle's needs.  I even told Shannon what the teacher told me.

Here's where it gets crazy...

This afternoon, the neighbor girl stopped by to make sure we had Kyle.  Shannon told her that we picked him up.  While they were outside talking, they find out that another girl that rides the bus was put on the wrong bus and had to be taken home by Mr. Hartley!  But it was her mom's mistake as she forgot to let the school know that she moved!

The neighbor girl also told Shannon what REALLY happened this morning and how Kyle ended up in the Kindergarten line.  The bus stops at the school and the bus driver announces, "all Kindergartners need to get off the bus first."  The neighbor girl (not knowing what to do) tells Kyle to go ahead and get off the bus.  He gets off and he just starts walking and walking.  The teachers are oblivious because they are too busy talking to each other to watch the children.  The neighbor girl was watching this all go down through the window.  When it was her turn to get off the bus, she quickly goes to get him (because he's still walking) and puts him in the Kindergarten line.  She waited in the Kindergarten line until his assistant teacher came to get him!  I don't even want to know what would have happened if we didn't have the neighbor girl watching him!

I'm "sorry" about how it all went down

I am "sorry" about how it all went down.  My brother had plenty of time to change his ways.  All we asked for is a little respect.  Be nice to us.  Say "hello" or even "good morning" to us!  Say something to us.  All he had to do was acknowledge us when he walked by.  Instead he ignored us.  If he would have just given us a little friendly chatter, he could still be living here.  If he took more initiative to help clean, offered to help pay our bills, etc that would have really helped too.

In order for us to get this apartment, we pre-paid our entire lease (9 months).  As you can imagine, that took up a majority of our savings.  It bothered me to no end that my brother acted like he was entitled to live here.  He just basically swooped in and stayed in his room all day.  My husband and I offered him a roof over his head, a bed, a shower, paid for his groceries when he first got here and he treated us the way he did.

He seemed fine when he first got here but as the days and weeks went on, he eventually stopped coming out to hang out with us.   He acted like he was too good to be around us.  I did not appreciate how he shut my son out and was even rude to him.   Your his only Uncle and that's how you treat your nephew?  Really?!  He just didn't want to be a part of our household/family.

My husband took my brother to find a weekly motel to stay in, so he is finally out of our apartment.  Kyle can have his own room again!

It's just really sad that he's depending on other people to support him.  I had to stop enabling him and get him out of here.

Update

We currently live with my in-laws and as you can imagine, it's been "oh-so-fun."  Can you hear the sarcasm?  We've lived with them off and on (mostly on) for almost 4 years and that is just way too long for me.  I am a private person, I like my having my OWN SPACE!  I've lived on my own since I was 20 1/2.  To put this in perspective, 4 years is half the amount of years my husband and I have been married.

Anyway, my in-laws plan on walking out of their house either May 30th or June 30th simply because they cannot afford to live here.  Since they are going to be moving out, that means we will be homeless.  My husband and I plan on going to apply for Section 8 tomorrow while our son is in school.  We aren't sure what to expect, but we're hoping the waiting list isn't too long and how long we'll have to wait until we hear if we are accepted into the program.  I don't think we'll have a problem getting approved since my husband and I are both unemployed.  I am going crazy not knowing where we're are going to live.  I am putting all of my hope into getting approved for Section 8 and once we get over that hurdle, we can start looking for a place to live.

Meanwhile, I know of only one expense we can cut down on since that is not a necessity.  The only other bill we have (beside paying rent to my in-laws) is our car insurance and we really can't cut that off.

Was it worth the savings?

My in-laws bought 2 recliners from JC Penney's with their friend's employee discount.  The chairs were originally $1200 each but they only paid $500 each for them.  However, I don't see that as a "deal" considering JC Penney's doesn't even deliver, so they had to drive out there to pick them up and get them into the house themselves and unpack them.  What a hassle.  I personally don't see that as a deal.  If we were to ever buy furniture, it would be from a place that delivers!

Anyway, they have the recliners in the house and the first thing they start whining about is how big the recliners are!  They didn't realize how big they were in their living room, considering they bought the smallest ones in the store.  The next morning, my MIL informs me that they decided that they want to return the recliners because it hurts their backs.  LOL  So yeah, it's not really a deal, is it?  You go pick it up, unpack it, put it together and now you have to take it apart and take it back to the store to return them!!!  My MIL also said that the next time they buy furniture, they are going to get it from a place that delivers.  DUH!  What a brilliant idea!

All I wanted was ONE chick'n patty!

I went to make myself dinner today.  We had two leftover meatless chick'n patties, baby carrots, and couscous.  I went to put one chick'n patty on my plate, along with a handful of baby carrots and my MIL walked up and said, "Oh, that's my husband's plate."  Of course, I was pissed but didn't say anything and just put everything back.  Why am I pissed?  Last night, my FIL came home with burritos from Taco Bell and had four, if not five burritos in the fridge.  And no, I have no intention of eating any because they are all made with meat.  My MIL also brought home some Turkey soup that her friend made.  After I put the plate of food away, my MIL noticed that there were extra baby carrots and couscous leftover and I said, "No, it's okay, I'll just make a pizza."  Then she said, "Oh, I was going to say, you could have the Turkey soup, but you don't eat turkey."  DUH, Bitch!!!!  All I fucking wanted was ONE chick'n patty, some leftover baby carrots and couscous.  I am also pissed because it was our food stamps that paid for the chick'n patties and the couscous, both of which we bought at BJ's!  It was actually about 95% of our food stamps that paid for all of the food we bought that day.

I have decided that if we ever have food stamps leftover, I am going to do my best to spend it all at the end of each month or just tell Shannon we don't have any money left on the card.  I don't think our food stamps should go to pay for my in-law's food!  If they need help with paying for food, they can apply for it.

Also, Shannon has been talking about going to Disney World if he gets some money.  He wants to rent two cars (one for us and one for the in-laws), rent a big house (so they can stay there too), and give them each $1000 spending money.  I have decided that if he does go to Disney World, Kyle and I are not going.  It's bad enough I am stuck living here, but to go on vacation with them?!   Instead of going to Disney World, I want to take Kyle to California to visit my family, many of whom he has never met!

Of course, Shannon says I am overreacting.  He can't even be a supportive husband and blames this on me.  I told him that I have been thinking about the Disney World thing for awhile and this crap pushed me towards my decision! I am already pissed from this morning when my MIL told us not to flush the toilet.

All I wanted was one chick'n patty!  Her husband has plenty of food to choose from to eat: 4 or 5 burritos from Taco Bell, Turkey soup, and a plate of food minus one chick'n patty!

If I am overreacting, why can't my husband just be understanding and take my side...for ONCE?

Over Two Months Ago!

Monday was our weekly laundry day!  Since the weather has been so hot and horrid, my MIL wanted to get an early start.  With the humidity, you start to sweat after being outside for a little as 1 minute!  Plus it gets hot and stuffy at the laundromat!  I had three loads of laundry this time around, dark clothes, light clothes, and towels.

The other day, Shannon announced that his unemployment isn't set to renew, because Congress hasn't passed the bill to extend unemployment benefits.  Of course his first thought is that I should go back to work!  That made me mad...why me?  He needs to go back to work too!  Then again, I thought, "what the heck do you think I've been doing all this time?"  I've been applying for jobs for him for months now.  He's gotten calls but he isn't calling them back because he doesn't want to go work at a hotel again!

The other day, I realized it had been over 2 months since I last heard from Speakability.  So I took the time to call and the person I needed to talk to happened to answer the phone.  After I had told her my name, she knew exactly who I was and where we lived.  She had the nerve to ask if we were still interested in having a speech therapist [for Kyle], and I thought, "DUH, why else would I be calling?!?!"  She said she would call with a name [of a speech therapist] tomorrow morning!

I've been comparing the different online colleges that offer "studying at your own pace" and am now reconsidering Ashworth College.  I already have an Associates Degree from them.  When I looked at the classes for a Paralegal Studies Degree, I saw that I have already taken 9 of the classes!  I contacted the school to see if any of my classes would transfer over to the Paralegal Studies Degree.  Just as I thought, I would only need to take an additional 11 classes, which equals to 2 semesters and 1 class!  I told Shannon this information and he says we don't have any money.  Yet, he hasn't called the bank to cancel/dispute a charge for a subscription we didn't authorize/renew.  In other words, he doesn't mind paying for things we don't use!  So that makes me upset.  Also, he's wanting to get a psychic reading from the same psychic his parents have used in the past.

For the last few days, I have been writing like crazy at hubpages.com!  I joined some of their affiliates to earn some extra money.  If anything, it's been fun writing different articles and publishing them online.

She went through my trash!?

I am a little upset! My MIL confronted me this afternoon and said, "If you have anything that is of use to anyone else, you can add it to the box." Meaning she keeps a box of things she plans on giving away to charity. I was a little confused as to what she was referring to, but then I had to think back to what I threw away. I ended up throwing away some clothes and things I don't use, only because I don't want to have as much to pack when we move! I do recall that I threw away 2 pajama tops that have HOLES in them and are very old. They are OLD because my parents bought them at a thrift store YEARS ago! I have had these tops for YEARS, they were worn out and were way past their prime. I wanted to make more room and have less clothes to pack. I just wanted less things. I also threw away a few tops that she gave me, but they had stains and grease stains on them that aren't coming out. The last thing I can remember that I threw away was an old purse that has a broken zipper!

Why is it HER business what I throw away? Is it any one's business what I throw away?

It's embarrassing to know that she went through my trash. What if I had some personal items in there that I don't want anyone else to see?

Update on a news story

I just saw an update to a headline of a news story that I wrote a blog about!

Here is the article: La. Justice resigns after interracial wed flap

My favorite quote in the article: "We are better off without him in public service."

~~~> I should post the entire quote: "By resigning ... and ending his embarrassing tenure in office, Justice Bardwell has finally consented to the will of the vast majority of Louisiana citizens and nearly every governmental official in Louisiana ... We are better off without him in public service."
All I have to say is, "it's about damn time." You can quote me on that one!
Fuck You, Keith Bardwell
I read a news headline this morning and couldn't believe my eyes. It caught my attention because my husband and I are what you would call an "interracial couple." My husband is white and I am asian. We aren't the type of people to put labels on our life, but we do fit into that category.
Here is the headline I saw: Interracial couple denied marriage license in La.
After I read this story, I do have to stress the following: FUCK YOU, Keith Bardwell, justice of the peace in Tangipahoa Parish.
You claim you are NOT a racist, but your words say that you are. The way that you think, say that you are. Stop trying to SAY you aren't something, when your actions speak much louder.
You also state, "[in your] experience that most interracial marriages do not last long." Who said it was your job to determine how long a marriage should last? I've been married for almost 7 years.
The story also says the following, "He came to the conclusion that most of black society does not readily accept offspring of such relationships, and neither does white society." It sounds like YOU don't accept offspring of "such relationships," not society. I think our society has accepted mixed race children, YOU are the one stuck in the past. How do you know how the black society feels? Do you suddenly think like "most of black society?"
Here is something I laugh at, "I have piles and piles of black friends. They come to my home, I marry them, they use my bathroom. I treat them just like everyone else." So, do you treat all your friends this way? Deny them a marriage to the person they love? You sound like such a treat...you "let" them use your bathroom? How thoughtful. If you treated them like everyone else, you would let EVERYONE get married, no matter their color.
I just don't understand where you get off telling people who can and cannot marry. Again, FUCK YOU, Keith Bardwell.
Developments
A few nights ago, I found a local management job for a hotel, so I submitted Shannon's resume and cover letter yesterday. Shannon also checked online for his unemployment and it says he will be receiving it!
Yesterday I received a call from one of our creditors. To make a long story short, I ended up hanging up on him, he kept questioning me for more personal information and asking me why I haven't paid them. Anyway, I ended up hunging up on him and he ended up calling back at least 7 times. My husband ended up answering one of the times and the guy wouldn't identify himself. When he called back again, my MIL answered and the guy asked if she was MY MOTHER!!! WTF?! He called about 5 more times and finally left a message without leaving his name or business, pretty much trying to smack talk me. The dumbshit got my birthday wrong. If you are going to talk smack, at least get my info right. Shannon looked up the laws on creditors and harassment and he broke at least 3 of the 6 rules they are supposed to follow. We have 2 recordings of him NOT identifying himself and of this harassment. Also, there were 4 adults in the same room while he called us back those 7 times. Anyway, Shannon can't wait for him to call back because he's going to tell him about the laws that he broke and to stop calling us.
Shannon finally agreed to filing for bankruptcy! I really think this creditor harassing us made him realize that we need to. I've been wanting to file for some time now. I just want a fresh start. I emailed 2 local lawyers, and one of them already replied back!
UPDATE:
We have an appointment scheduled with the bankruptcy attorney in two weeks. I am looking forward to getting this process going.
We Disagree
My in-laws think that Kyle is autistic or have some form of it. I have read a few websites that list the "symptoms" and Kyle may exhibit one or two of the things listed. But his behavior sounds more like he has obsessive compulsive disorder. But Shannon would say I am a little OCD. LOL No, I have never been disagnosed, but I do like things a certain way. I like to run my household a certain way. I am not the type of OCD person who must turn on the faucet 62 times before I can wash my hands. Or I don't have to lock and unlock the door 95 times before I feel safe.
The only thing I see on this list, that Kyle does is he does like to open and close doors. He likes the doors closed if he sees one open. But he doesn't do this ALL DAY! Also, he doesn't really talk (he does try), rather he pulls us to what he wants. He has his ways of letting us know what he wants or what he wants to do!
My in-laws seem to think that after watching autistic kids on TV and seeing some behaviors that Kyle does means he is or may have a mild form of it. Shannon and I both agree that he is NOT autistic and we've gone through the list of symptoms and it sounds like Kyle is obsessive, rather than autistic. He likes to put things back in it's place or the way he found it. He believes that everything has a place and to put things back.
I told Shannon that we need to get on Medicaid so we can take him in for a 3 year check up and ask about Speech Therapy, hearing test, etc. My mother-in-law has offered to take Kyle (and me) to the doctor just to get him tested, but after talking to Shannon and thinking it through, I have a feeling she'll tell the doctors only the things she has noticed just to get the autistic disagnosis. Shannon also brought up a good point. My in-laws only see Kyle for a portion of the day. They don't see him when we put him to bed, and how he laughs and jumps up and down to play! Or they don't see him smile or even sit quietly and watch what we do on the computer. They only see him when he's outside playing in the backyard, going up and down the yard. Or when he's downstairs and has to close the doors that are open.
We both want to get on Medicaid just so we can take him to the doctor to PROVE to my in-laws that he isn't autistic.
Go Whoopi!
I have always loved Whoopi Goldberg! She's a great actress and a great role model. She's funny, witty, opinonated, mature, smart, and so much more!
I saw this clip on AOL yesterday and applaud her for speaking out!
I do have to add, I have never liked those type of shows that tell people what they SHOULD be wearing. If they want to BUY my entire wardrobe, then maybe I'll consider wearing what they tell me to, but I don't see them paying for my clothing. I wear what I want to wear! I don't care if "the look" is out of season or style. I wear what I have and what I like!
A real life Scrooge!
Well, sort of...
Shannon and I have been talking about the email he received requesting an interview this week. The job is in Georgia, which is about a 5 1/2 to 6 hour drive. He's not sure if he wants to pursue it, since it is far away. Plus it's dependant on the pay. Shannon emailed her back today asking what the pay range was and if there will be a room provided to stay in for the night of the interview. She emailed back saying there will NOT be accomadations available to the people they are interviewing! What a scrooge! Basically, she's saying, "we don't care you have to drive 6 hours to interview, we just want you out afterwards, no accomadations."
Taxes are DONE!
I just finished our taxes and e-filed them! I am glad that is done and over with. I was able to file both state and federal taxes for free since we qualified for their free program (just like last year)! I don't even know or expect to get a refund since it usually goes straight to Shannon's student loan.
I also had to switch our address with our car insurance company and that brought our rate down about $3 per month.
That's Odd!
Back in early February, I sent Shannon's resume and cover letter to a company for a hotel manager position. The "area operations manager" called about 10 minutes after receiving his resume. This is the same woman that stood him up TWICE for a phone interview!!! By the third day, we received an email from the "regional director" asking if he was still interested and said he would have the "area operations manager" contact him. So the lady calls him later that afternoon apologizing and claiming she was busy and some other crap! She ends up rescheduling the phone interview for later that same day. She actually called and ended the conversation saying, "plan to move." A few days later, she emails Shannon saying they decided to go in a different direction. WTF?
Well, I went to look for jobs tonight and HER position is now posted!!!! hahahahahahahahaha LOL I sent Shannon's resume in to the "regional director" so hopefully he (or she) will call or email! I told Shannon this tidbit and we both think she may have been fired or she got overwhelmed and quit? Maybe the company realized she's a FLAKE and doesn't FOLLOW THROUGH!?
All I gotta say is... It's called KARMA!
Amusing
There's a fellow blogger who wrote a blog entry about her husband and she described his behavior. She said that he would get upset when her employer would call and ask if she could work extra hours. He would have a fit and tell her NO.
She also said that she likes being to buy her own stuff, and wondered how she can earn money when her husband wants her to stay at home all the time. It sounded like he was going to school and working, and he wanted her to work her scheduled hours, and that was it. Nothing more. She expressed that she wanted to try to earn extra money for her household to help out, but her husband wouldn't let her. So sad!
I left her a comment on her blog and apparently she didn't like it and she deleted it! LOL I told her that I thought her husband sounds immature and selfish. My husband is the complete opposite from her husband and it's sad that she puts up with him. My husband encourages me to go for what I want! He wants me to be happy. Lady, that is what a REAL SPOUSE/lover is about, wanting YOU to be happy and succeed!
I don't mean to sound heartless but...
My husband and I were watching the news tonight and we saw this story.
So we're sitting there watching the story on tv and I notice a nice flat screen tv in the background, I don't really know if it's a plasma or an LCD, I wouldn't really know the difference. I even make a comment to my husband saying, "damn, look at the flat screen tv!" Then the camera turns back to the woman and she says, "I'm on a fixed income and I budget for his doctors and his medication and $90 is not a lot to some people, but it’s the principle,” (This is quoted in the news story as well). Fixed income my ass! LOL
Okay, so it's not my place to judge, it's not my business what she spends her money on. But to use her words, "it's principle." If you are going to go on CAMERA and complain about the cost of medication, why don't you stop showing off your damn TV... on tv!
Hey, we're on a very LOW income budget and WE don't have a flat screen tv. I wish we had her "fixed income."
And no, I am not bitter, just surprised at her audacity to complain on TV!
Little Update
I have a quick update on a previous post of mine found here. As you can see, I was very hurt and upset with this direct sales representative. On the advice of a friend and fellow blogger, I passed on this email to the owner of the company! Well, actually, I forwarded it to the rep I did end up purchasing from and she sent it to the owner for me!
In a way, I don't mind what he does, I am just satisfied that he has the information. He can do what he chooses. It is his company, it would be up to him if he wants a rep like that representing his company, right?
I was able to place my order last Friday and it will be shipped out today! I can't wait to transplant my plants into this soil! One of the reasons I bought it was because all of my plants have to stay out of my son's reach, otherwise, there will be soil everywhere! Plus, there will be no mess, it's clean and safe! I won't have to worry about buying messy potting soil and worry about storing it. There will be no bugs (not that I have that problem now) to worry about either. The last time I bought potting mix, I had bugs a few days after I potted up my plants. Also, if my plants tip over or get knocked over from my son, there won't be a mess to clean up! I love no messes! I also ordered a new plant with this order. It's also in the "top 10" for filtering the air, I am all for clean air!
My Dilemma with a corn FLAKE!
I've been wanting to purchase some items from Plantmakers and I had 2 reps email me. Of course, I chose the first rep to work with before the second one emailed me. Anyway, the first rep turned out to be a big corn FLAKE!
Everytime I emailed her, I felt like I had to jump through hoops just to get a response from her. I felt like I was bothering her with my questions/emails. She would also say she would do something and never follow through, which happened twice! Last week, she said she was going out of town and wouldn't have access to a computer until Monday night (she'd get back to me then). Well, Monday night came...and went. I didn't want to email her since I felt like I was annoying her. So I waited a whole 24 hours (Tuesday night) to email her with simply "any news?" She did reply back but never answered my question, so I emailed her back with the same question. Anyway, I finally placed my order with her on Wednesday (yesterday evening), and she said she would invoice (send me a bill through paypal) later that night. When I went to check my email the next morning (today), there was NO invoice!!!
I am pretty upset at this point. I've been so patient with this woman and she keeps disappointing me. I am anxious to place my order and yet she just takes her sweet time.
Today I contacted the other rep who emailed me and she sounded so enthusiastic and excited to help me! Not only that, she emailed me back tonight with how to order from her!!! This is what I expect from someone I am ordering from! Is that too much to ask? Or maybe MY expectations are too high? If someone wanted to order from me, I would be MORE than willing to help them with any questions they may have. I would return their email as soon as I could. You can call me impatient with wanting to place my order quickly, but I am an impulse buyer and when I want something, I have to order it in that moment, otherwise I will probably lose interest!
Anyway, I decided to email the first rep and cancel my order. I still had not heard from her and it had been over 24 hours since the time she said she would invoice me. She emailed me back within a few minutes and responds with the following BULLSHIT "i was just about to invoice you." LOL
All in all, my best advice is to go with your instincts! I already KNOW this but I was TRYING to be patient and it ended up backfiring.
